It may be a real shame that, for once in all of history, hordes of people seem to be talking about real estate.

The number of articles appearing in the national media is truly remarkable--never seen anything like it.

The good side, though, must be that many other people have been declaring--for a year or more now---that the ownership of real estate is in a "bubble stage".

Looks like a standoff between the real estate bears and bulls, if you ask me. And in the end, it looks like real estate will continue to do what it has always done---go up sometimes, stagnate sometimes, go down sometimes. And in the end, the people who own it long-term will do well--either as investors or owner-occupants. <<gg>>
