As a non-AVIR holder I woiuld predict that the stock settles around 20 over the next month, awaiting newws.

Its amazing that the vaccine works so well.

In general you dont loose if you sell biotech on the good news, and buy back 2 months later (roughly) That would be my advice based on burnt fingers in similar situations.
