eBay helps PayPal Insiders to Cash Out siliconinvestor.com Disclosure: Short eBay since $61 Guidance: PayPal should have a great earning report this Tuesday evening. Use that strength to Short eBay. Look to short mid-day, when large lunchtime block trades seem to keep eBay aloft. As eBay insiders sell this quarter's Optioned Shares in August, eBay should revisit the mid-$40's like it did last summer at this time. I would not play with PYPL shares as there are too many uncertainties on eBay stock swap, and lack of history on that stock.
