Ted, why does Clinton even have to bring up the prospect of terror and the collapse of fragile democracies? The way he put it sounds like AIDS is the harbinger of the Apocolypse. Why is he being so alarmist?

Do you have any idea what Aids is doing to Africa? There are large portions of certain countries that are quarantined. The infant mortality rate is increasing rapidly. The children who do not have Aids do not have parents to raise them. In one country its estimated that in ten or twenty years there will not be enough healthy adults to replace the existing population.

Do you have any idea what that's its doing to the infrastructure of these countries; an infrastructure that was lame to begin with? When Clinton speaks of terror, he means the epidemic is terrifying.....there have been food riots in the cities, people stoned because they are carriers, etc. Its very scary what's happening over there.

I'm not giving that guy the benefit of the doubt. He already destroyed the trust I had in him, and I see no effort by him to rebuild it.

Excuse me! The only trust he broke was that of his wife's. I don't like that he fooled with Monica but that doesn't change who he is/was as a leader except when you want it to be changed. Clinton has paid his dues for his mistake. That's his kharma to work out; however, I intend on benefiting from the parts of him that are positive. And there was much that was positive.

Most people contribute very little to this world so that I very much appreciate the ones that do.
