Thanks for the info Sergio...RE prices around here have gone through the roof..More than half the homes around here are second/vacation homes...Eventually these prices will crash and burn...my guess is around here they have topped. I thalk to many customers, some bought in the late 80's/early 90's---they are finally just breaking even again<g>...be careful out there..I'm planning on buying for 70 cents(or less) on the buck in a few years...<VVBG> Seen it before, and I'll see it again...;^)DD
