Art, why should Wcom creditors subsidize creditors of those other companies who would not enjoy a price war? <I doubt that a court would be very sympathetic to price cutting that would run other smaller, better managed companies out of business. > If creditors can maximize their financial recovery by way of a price war, that's all to the good. If the bankruptcy court becomes a Kremlin Central Planning Authority for pricing and allocation of resources, the comparison with the old-style USSR becomes uncomfortably true. A price war is what is needed. Let's go! Those who can't face it, get out of the way. Subscribers will have a lot of fun and will finally get the phone pricing that should have been enjoyed years ago. Mqurice
