1995 shareholder option plan will dilute by about 1.2 million shares when they are exercised. Didn't you see the 8K from Monday that was filed? If not, check Edgar.

I am certainly no expert, but it is my understanding that these shares are non-dilutive -- the employees must purchase the shares. I glanced at the 8K and it appears the cost is $8/share.

Seems like a good way to raise some cash. If the stock price goes down they can buy back at market prices.
