valuation level with respect to GDP were a lot lower in 1962. The levels of overvaluation reached in this bull market were unprecedented. That is why in spite of the
huge drops the market is not bottoming. All traditional
indicators like VIX, Arms Index etc suggest an extremely
oversold condition but the market does not respond. A lot of
former bears who got bullish based on VIX , ARMS index have
had their heads handed to them. After hours report of NVLS
doesn't look to good either.
