Gottfried, I assume they didn't have the same indicators we have today. My big concern is what is happening today is exactly what happened in the 70's and this is a lot larger bubble. When is was over in the 70's, there were no rallies and no one ever wanted to see a common stock ever again. There were lots of great companies selling like PGO where there it was hard to justify the price, but they just keep going lower and lower. I think the big lesson we should be learning by now is a post bubble bear market is not like any bear market we have seen in our life time and we should not judge it by what we belive are normal standards.
