Hi g,
The guy who wrote The coming internet depression in 1999 was on Hardball tonight and said the IT boom that is coming end year and next would be big. He said the bears and the bizarro batapaglias are in denial like the bulls were in spring 2000.
He never said the rally would come now, if fact he indicated the possibility of this continuing for awhile, but a new big bull market(led by tech) is on the horizon in his opinion. It does feel like that. I remember a market newsletter guy saying as late as early summer 2000 that his contacts were telling orders were flat out great. Oops! Now we have the bears never seeing a revival of btob spending. And how about government spending starting in october and corporate oaths starting in three weeks. Table is being set.
Question is will be at zero when the rally begins. Somewhere this 15 week decline will get some rally and maybe as the realization of an upturn starts the market will truly stabilize and begin their trek back up.
My feeling is that the institutional investors are eager to buy but prepared to pay less as the mikes and gottfrieds sell out. Not my share, nor yours i take it. Big Boyz bette start your buying now. Buy now or pay more later. Mike
