I don't have any specific targets for the bounce because we have not put in a bottom here yet. As for the low, I have several potential targets but I am not sure which it will be as spike lows on accelerated declines like this can amplify a move and you could be off by 50 points on the S&P in a day or two. The margin for error is quite large here. After the bounce, it's likely we won't see those levels for a while, though I wouldn't say never again. For example, I think it's a safe bet that you can put away your DOW 10,000 hat because that one is gone and probably for a good number of years. Nasdaq 5000 is one number that could take 2-3 decades to reach again. The end of this bear will only be an opportunity for those that are not really invested and plan to invest for the long term but don't count on the end of a while yet.
