For me, I still don't trust the guy, and his comments still make it sound like AIDS will foster terrorism. Again, that's what you want to hear. The guy is and will always be a politician who is much more concerned with appearance than actual solutions. (And you already got my ideas regarding the solution. Education, education, education.) A hundred years from now, it will be up to the historians of that time to determine the quality of Clinton's presidency.
