Often..., the lack of defragging and reformating causes the hard drive to get stuffed and over time you lose information.... or information doesn't come across correctly because of the confussion.

When you defrag... do you go to "msconfig utility box" and delete certain programs before defragging....! like task monitor....ensoniqmixer... etc...?
