Well, there is absolutely no investment in Capital Goods by businesses going on. thus the business environment sucks. The consumer has hung on for two years and they will surrender now that the markets have the average Joe scared more stiff than the stupid terrorist warnings. So next week consumer confidence numbers will tank and so will the markets. Soon massive layoffs will accelerate and we will be in a deep recession by fall. So the economy is fine if you enjoy economic disaster and it will be on you faster than a speeding locomotive. Of course you have no data to support you claim that economy is fine other than the crap Bush said today
