"the mytholigical bull horns had been clipped" nice... tragic, but nice observation... "That event was something like the tearing down of the Berlin Wall" very much architecture and the collective conciousness are almost mirror images of each other... no surprise that they can't agree on the right plan... that they can't come up with something bold enough... right now... (I always imagine some 320-story science fiction tower... or maybe one of those "sky hook" structures all the way into orbit!)
