Theo, NAMX is a public company. If they were on the level, they could say: "Hey, shareholders and other investors! We have had these results:...... and we have this deal with UPR:..... We think it would be a good idea to continue now with more drillings according to this plan:...... Only problem is we don't have the neccesary cash, but we want to issue 50 Mil shares at 0.10 to bring in the needed $5 Mil. It's much simpler and cheaper to borrow money from you guys instead of messing around with suspicious banks and financial institutes, so if you come up with the money needed, it will be a better chance of making this a successful investment. We estimate to hit....number of productive wells , at an average production of ....barrels. If we manage to do this, we think the revenue would be ... To reward our old shareholders, we will give them one newly issued share per ...old shares. We are kind of in a hurry so please report your interest (not binding) to ... before end of July. If there is enough interest, we will send you the real paperworks with all the fine print first week in August.
