Joan, I noted your post over the weekend and wonder if I identified the two utilities you mentioned, XCEL;

biz.yahoo.com and QUEST;

biz.yahoo.com

I understand the concern about debt on XCEL, 2.6 debt/equity but am less certain about QUEST - a microcap utility with natural gas reserves and debt/equity less than 1 the reason I ask is my search for value in the NG sector; do you see any hope in this sell-off for some of the pipeline companies?

DYN got a great deal on the pipeline from Enron;

biz.yahoo.com

If the funding over the next few quarters can be pasted together this will be a gold mine for future revenue....according to YAHOO the stock is trading at 25% of book value, but of course no one really knows what book value is now! How can I find a listing of their bonds? all YAHOO gives is the stock

thanks for your help, art
