<< but maybe I have overlooked part of the puzzle >> Perhaps - PGS' management. I read in a Norwegian newspaper that PGS is taking over an oil field on August 1st. As of this moment they don't have an operator agreement in place. But then, I guess they have been pre-occupied with other matters. As stated before - I'll just sit out the opportunity waiting for a better turnaround signal. May miss the initial upswing.
