If First Sydney actually had that many shares they would be in control of the company, wouldn't they? Also as a majority stock holder they would be restricted in how many shares they could sell at a time. I think it is restricted to 20% of the average daily volume for 1 month before selling (that may be off a little, but you get the idea). It would take them a LLLOOOOONNNNNNGGGGGGGGG time to sell. And they would have to file a form 144 notifying the SEC of their intention to sell. Bob
