when will QCOM's CFO step up to the plate? will QCOM be the last company to do the right thing? FNM Fannie Mae CFO recommends expensing stock options (67.35 +0.35) CFO announced he will recommend to FNM's Board of Directors that the co begin expensing all stock-based compensation in the next grant cycle; co had announced on June 18 that if FNM had recorded compensation expense for all options granted, it would have had only a modest impact on prior years, reducing 2001 EPS by $0.10 to $5.62 and 2000 by $0.14 to $4.15.
