HJM,re:"apartment..." Stop FLIPPING it. Do it for humanity(g). Do it for me(g). Everytime it(apartment) changes hand, rent increase. Bunch of Assholes (exclude HJM of course), up to no good, greedy, bloody group of people. Sounds like even China(RED ONE) is joining the parade and RE is taking off there. I know of a couple from China living in a 'student dorm kind of arrangement' for about $150/month in "BOSTON area" and buying nice home in Shanghai. I think that is really smart. They learn something here and apply it at home, instead of chasing the dream in USA.
