That is correct. My mistake. I tend to look at things while thinking of the average investor who does not watch the market on a daily basis and simply expects the rules to be honest. They expect to have a retirement some day. I do get "worked up" over the corruption. It does no good. I apologize for clogging the thread of "traders."
