It has been mentioned several times on this thread how the CEO has not been "shareholder" friendly. With all due respect, I'd like to point out that Intel and IBM are substantial shareholders, as are several executive including the CEO Der Torossian - at least relative to me. I also believe that there is a subtantial chunk of institutional ownership - don't have a citation handy though. Maybe the CEO is not "small individual" shareholder friendly - but from IBD and several other articles I've read, he doesn't appear out of touch. IMHO, the bottom line is the that the largest shareholders will do what they think is best for the company in "their" eyes, and unless it smacks of pure "self dealing" there is little recourse for the little guy.

BTW, I hope this isn't redundant but option repricing is a common semi industry practice....so if you get ticked at Torossian, you might want to investiage other players in your portfolio.
