You could be right, but I sure don't remember you posting them back in 2000 when AMAT and other companies looked to be on top of the World.

I don't think they are all bad. I never bought Cisco (always too pricey for me) but I do admire John Chambers. He has many of his employees getting paid reduced wages in the downturn so they can work for charities in the Silicon Valley. Many of his people were made rich on the stock, paid off their homes and banked a good deal of money. They are now giving back some to the community until the telecom inventory is burned off and people need to buy more routers. I've heard and watched Morgan of AMAT and believe he is honest as they come and I also am impressed with Intel. Agilent has the "old HP way" deal and they are honest to a fault.

It is sad in this bear to have a few really bad apples spoil it for everyone.
