Mark I tried to respond to Nick last night, but the 20 minute non-use default on my computer took me off-line before I finished, so I quit in disgust. Reading your post today, you said much the same as I was going to--especially your comment "maybe so but I've been hearing that talk for over a year". I started following TTRIF February 95, so for a year and a half I have been hearing "next quarter will show a profit" Manana! The Proffit Letter put me onto this co., but they quit following it last summer saying that until the co. started being honest with the shareholders they wouldn't rec. it.
Another newsletter--Bidding on Baystreet--had a glowing hype on TTRIF in March 96. I have been in & out of stock for a year with good profits, currently own 25K at ave. cost of $1.89. The stock needs a SUSTAINED breakout above $3.75 before it is a lt hold vs. a trading vehicle.

I believe TTRIF has only 2 plants operating now--Brampton and Hamilton. Corinth is down as the co. is apparently trying to squeeze out the minority partner. They wont reopen till "reorganization is complete".

Talked to Lionel at TTRIF Monday and he indicated profitability pushed ahead another quarter to early 97. Manana! Still believe this is a 10 bagger within a couple of years. The difference between this and pollution controls is that polluters vigorously fought the Clean Air Act whereas municipalities are not fighting the required closing of landfills. The huge Fishkill landfill in NY is either closing or will be closed, so NYC is actively considering TTRIF. Have you seen the July 9 press release?
