Parabolics generally end rather quickly by reversing the parabola. They can also keep going for longer than expected- so it doesn't mean the lows are in yet- just near. When the chart parabolas reverse, the train is heading north.

VIX 50 doesn't really mean much except that it very rarely ever stays that high for long. Still needs a sharp reversal to indicate a bottom.

Just another few pcs. of the puzzle to add with the TRIN5 over 9, the valuation indications, the 4 year cycle, the sentiment, etc.
