C'mon Nadine....do you buy this propaganda BS? The woman got two checks huh.....Citibank or UBS accounts....What a crock....Where does she cash them??...at her local bank in Jenin??? Of course, Don. Don't you think that the West Bank has cities with bank branches in them? The Saudi and Iraqi checks are handed over in public ceremonies. Do you think these ceremonies would have any propaganda value if the recipients couldn't cash the checks? What is your picture of the cities of the West Bank? Are you confusing it with sub Saharan Africa or something?
