They were! From 1992-2000 Due to Reagan/Bush policy's of the 80's, taking over the catastrophe that was created from the Carter era and the dem's in the houseReagan ?Bush managed a great economy to leave to Clinton /Gore who managed to give away the farm and secrets on our military to the Chinese. History has always shown that the economy lags policy. JMHO
