What's this? You mean to tell me that the poor folks who bought over the last six months had no idea that Capital One issued cards to sub-prime individuals? Oh my! Of course they do! They always have. That's how Cap One successfully grew their business. If these investors didn't realize that fact, then they didn't do their homework. No fundamental has materially changed. Cap One will continue to grow, and continue to make substantial profits, and most of that will come from its credit card business. This stock was beaten down for no real reason and now every securities attorney for miles around smells a quick buck. The only problem now is that Cap One will have use some of their resources for defending these frivolous law suits as opposed maximizing their profits.

In since the spin-off from Signet Bank and buying more while its cheap.
