I am out of cash. Since you have some, I will post the buys I have missed because of no cash. NVLS $27.50, XLNX $19.00, ALTR $12.00, AMAT $16.25 If you have money set aside for stocks, buy! Your plan must go beyond near term panic. In this environment, I would not recommend a change in strategy. I would not commit any more or less money to stocks than was decided in quieter times.
