Bob, I was talking about a straight, down-to-earth PO (Public Offering) to bring in some cash. Just diluting, not losing control. Done all the time (at least in Sweden). No restricted shares, no private placement. As they are not a reporting company, as we all are VERY aware of, there is also no need to file any 144 or 4 forms with the SEC. IMO this is the central idea with going public. Regards ps
