What makes sense as a response to what you wrote is: assuming that the walking husk of Worldcom buys some more servers from Sun, how is that happy picture colored (if at all) by writeoffs of vendor financing for earlier equipment?

Edit: one assumes that any new transactions would not be vendor-financed :-).
Edit2: one assumes that any new transactions would be similar to Ebay transactions: we ship when the cashier's check clears :-).
