Everyone want to "enhance shareholder value"..it's like loving babies. The real issue is track record. This is easy to evaluate. Papkin's record is written in the SVGI stock chart. Unfortunately, it is not pretty. That is why it is such a value-play. Hopefully the success of the Micrascan will change this, at least for a while. (The repricing of the bloated stock options received by Papkin also speaks volumes to his repect for shareholders)!!
