What is your view on the modern view of evolution? I personally find it to be one of the dumbest theories scientists cling to. Besides the general concept being absurd, the huge gaps in the fossil record make the theory completely untenable scientifically. This is not to say that Darwin's observations about localised adaptations and natural selection were incorrect. Just the expansion of the theory from the very small to the very large is untenable.
