JPM bailout is politically tough when under investigation this is a huge red herring now maybe the federal govt will nationalize JPMorganChase soon the public may clamor to know details of their corruption not just Enron, but the other companies then we will get the PRIMA FACIE for the Gold Cartel !! despite all this fuss, I believe they will be forced to unwind their derivative books to some degree the effect on gold will be positive the only alternative is to allow JPM to create a larger derivative monster with even lower capital ratios and even more deadly consequences I see no way out they will have to let the free market dictate Bushy has set that precedent so far in his silly administration his first big error was to put in place trade barriers for steel then repeat the error with agriculture and lumber that set the dollar into motion downward by the way, the dollar will not rally long here it could be a couple days it could be a couple weeks just a little higher here is a formidable 50dayMA / jim
