I don't think the historic relationship is appropriate any more. There are way too many questions about the markets that the top NASDAQ companies sell into when compared with the top companies in the DOW.

It's very likely that a higher multiple going forward will be seen and 6 to one seems fair given our tough economic backdrop. If and when the high tech side of the economy moves forward substantially, then a higher multiple would seem justified.
