Q2 numbers look okay, guidance was raised for Q3 and full year 02. May get some play out of the headlines...who knows.

Regarding the wireless business...

wireless.

In the present quarter, Q2 Wireless accounted for 22% of total revenues. They averaged 1.49 million active data users. Active is defined by a user accessing information via INSP products at least ONCE during the month. Revenues derived from these active users were $1.68 for each user in Q2 (this compares with 1.39 million active users last quarter Q1 with an average revenue for INSP of $1.58 per active user). There was an increase of 100,000 active data users between Q1 and Q2. Revenues are derived either per sub or per message.

Regardless of what Bosstl may believe about wireless growth showing tremendous growth in Q3, INSP stated that as a percentage of total revenues, Wirless will be down from 22% in Q2 to 20% to 22% for Q3 and then down again as a percentage of total revenues to around 16% to 18% for Q4.

Now, of course since it is a percentage of total revenues, you may want to think that it is because Wireline and Merchant will increase dramatically. But, INSP has not guided upwards to any significant degree, so you must assume the wireless growth is not taking place just yet.
