I'll respond to that earnings $hit over here .. If you own "DOW" how much of them "earnings" do you get? one, 2 or even 3%? WOW fantastic ROI!! It's still all about the greater fool .. Say the prices fall to the point where you get 10% dividends from "DOW." .. so what?? If "DOW" falls 20% in price, what good is it? The greater fool has more weight than ROI .. that gave us the "bubble" and the "pop."
