Infra only so far as I know.

I'll put it this way, I've never picked up on any hints of financing of handsets, and in their financials they note vendor financing as an factor on the Nokia Networks side.

But Nokia being rather fiscally astute and considering financing to be a core competency in many cases probably tie handset purchases to their financing.
