We're close, but on the tech side I am less interested because there the chances favour yet more down, more so than non-tech. I think non-tech could actually turn noticeably before tech, as it did in the Spring of 2001. The wildcard there for me is the banks -- Voodoo Box clearly favours yet more down from them, much more actually.

The only techs that look to me like they may have turned are biotechs. I can not see going long tech until the software stocks give me another down leg. Folks here did a good job of calling the recent MSFT down leg and now I am waiting for some others to give us one more good flush: ORCL, QLGC, INTU, SYMC, PSFT
