Well if you believe in prescription drugs. If you believe in federalizing the air traffic controllers. If you believe that no matter what their budgets must grow 5 % a year what else is it going to do ? Perhaps you think that we shouldn't defend ourselves and that if we lose a twin tower every other month the stock market will soar.
