Duesseldorf - the Dusseldorfer public prosecutor's office is preparing an indictment in connection with kickbacks in millions during the takeover of Mannesmann concern by the competitor Vodafone. To be indicted are Deutsche Bank CEO, Josef Ackerman, IG-Metall boss Klaus Zwickel, the former Mannesmann chief executive Klaus Esser and the then-chairman of the board Joachim Funk, as well as three other persons. The accused have time until 16 August to take position. That indictment will be raise is in any case certain.
