Biosite and Xoma have been in mediation. The time limit set was extended to July 25. This does not mean a settlement will be reached, just that negotiation is going on. BTW BSTE has an earnings conference call on July 25. 177 STIPULATION AND ORDER enlarging time within which to complete private mediation until 7/25/02. Signed by Magistrate Judge Larson on 7/1/02.
