The liberal's credibility on "massive depressions" flies right out the window by their second sentence, whence, with straight face, they instruct us that higher taxes and deflationary surpluses create prosperity. The unanimous historical proof is exactly the contrary. Capital formation DIES under high marginal tax rates and stifling government. Finally their surplus talk, wrong-headed as it is, is also a typical liberal lie, as they intend to spend every dollar they steal from the productive sector of the society that they desire to oppress.

This lie is as stale as the propaganda of their model, the Russian revolution...
