Let's presume that JPM and C are guilty of fraud with respect to Enron, Worldcom and a host of other companies. Undoubtedly they will face a blizzard of lawsuits....plantiff shareholders will probably get nothing but berzerk bond holders will gut them.....does anyone think they will declare bankruptcy soon so as to continue operations....ie, shorting precious metals? <g> How can you short anything when you have no funds/are in Chapter 11?
