Andreas, Re: Hammer in September FWIW: Roughly a month ago, I got an unprecedented call from one of my vendors...asking me if I was wanting to buy anything. The fellow that called went on to discuss the lowered prices of major components. It seems that business was THAT slow! Of course the handwriting was on the wall about Q2 results at that time. While this fellow was on the phone, I asked him when they would have the 64 bit Hammmer for sale, they do sell a lot of AMD processors...his reply, "In a couple of months". I have no idea if he really KNEW anything or was just taking a salesman's stab in the dark. If he really KNEW something, what he said would tend to confirm the content of your post.
