Dear John: From what I understand the signing purely means that to the best of the signers knowledge and believe their is no fraud in the financials and that the accounting treatments being used are within the parameters of normalcy for the industry they are in. I dont see where thats any different then signing the 10q and 10k so I dont know what the big deal is. I agree with you SCOTT GET WITH IT. Sign the damn thing. JDN
