You speak in generalities. It's not possible to understand all of evolutionary theories in one big mental gulp, just as it is not possible for a species to mutate from one type to another in a single event. You seem to be implying that such a leap is necessary for species to appear, and for the concept to be understood. That is absurd. All evidence supports the idea that it is one little bit of change after another with a direction imposed on the changes by differential survival.
