The advancing NYSE volume moved ahead of declining volume at about 11 am Eastern. I am still not impressed with it but its early. There will be a test this afternoon. I am looking for the following today: a successful test of the advancing NYSE volume this afternoon; smaller sell programs as indicated by the movement on the INDU on the test; advancing NYSE volume swamping declining volume going away in the last hour; close to 3 billion shares traded, and plus 350 on the INDU.

Edit: This is just what I am looking for to confirm some stabilization in this market. Another miserable failure and we get more punishment.
