Are you using me as a contrary indicator? <g> Still neutral on a bottom here. The A/D is still notably negative & the VIX is still quite high. Utes have staged a nice reversal however and the U/D volume is looking pretty good- so it could be the start of something if things keep improving. Look at that new low number 900+. Hard to believe that its gotten higher than last fall. Surely THAT is a confirmation of a cyclical low at hand.
